Job summary

Bloomreach in the United States is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to own deep technical integration across customers' commerce stacks, from catalogs to data pipelines, not just the Bloomreach surface.

You will partner with Product and Engineering, guide go‑live readiness, and serve as a credible technical voice in executive discussions, delivering architecture‑level solutions for our largest Search accounts.

Qualifications

• 5 years in technical services, professional services, or similar customer-facing tech roles.
• Ability to lead escalations and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
• Experience delivering SaaS commerce or related enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationship for Bloomreach’s largest Search accounts and full commerce stack.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans and drive execution.
• Advise on feed, pixel, and API implementations within a broader data strategy.
• Lead Go-Live QA and end-to-end technical delivery with the Strategic Customer Consultant.
