Job summary
Bloomreach is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own technical relationships with our largest Search customers, understanding their full commerce stack beyond Bloomreach. You will translate business requirements into actionable plans, and sometimes extend the product to meet customer needs.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in technical services, professional services, solutions consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong ability to lead technical escalations with cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering SaaS commerce or search solutions at scale.
- Comfort translating customer requirements into architecture and roadmaps.
- Proven track record of partnering with product and engineering for roadmap input.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship for Bloomreach’s largest Search customers and understand their full commerce stack.
- Architect and advise on Feed, Pixel, and API implementations across data and systems.
- Guide merchandising rule strategy in the Bloomreach dashboard tied to business goals.
- Lead Go-Live QA and end-to-end go-live readiness with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the technical voice in escalations and executive conversations.
