Job summary

Bloomreach seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical relationship with its largest Search customers, guiding architecture and data flows across catalogs, pipelines, and site architecture.

You will act as a trusted advisor, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform health, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success to ensure scalable, robust implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical services, professional services, solutions consulting, or related customer-facing technical functions.
• Proven ability to lead technical escalations and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success.
• Strong experience delivering SaaS commerce, martech, search or related enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of large Search customers, translating business requirements into technical plans.
• Architect and advise on feed, pixel, and API implementations and review go-live readiness.
• Identify risks and trade-offs, challenging timelines when needed to protect long-term platform health.
• Partner with Product to influence roadmap and improve public documentation for scalable best practices.
