Qualifications

• 5+ years in a strategic, customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing complex enterprise relationships, including Fortune 500.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and maintain customer health.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate business objectives into technical conversations.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Bias toward ownership and action.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, enablement, engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Lead Customer Objective Reviews (CORs) to align goals, metrics, and outcomes.
• Partner with Sales to drive renewals and expansion through demonstrated value.
• Support pre-sales and POC efforts by mapping customer needs to product capabilities.
• Voice the customer internally, providing actionable feedback to Product and Engineering.
