Job summary

PackageX is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in the United States, with remote or hybrid flexibility. You will own customer relationships and enterprise opportunities from discovery through go-live, working across prospects, customers, partners, and GTM AI teams.

This role is highly customer‑facing and hands‑on, requiring you to design and build high‑value workflows, pilot setups, and operational validations while articulating business value to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in forward‑deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or technology consulting.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Experience configuring enterprise software platforms from discovery to go‑live.
• Experience owning substantive customer relationships, not just supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Develop target accounts from discovery through solutioning and close.
• Translate technical solutions into clear operational and business value.
• Configure workflows, rules, forms, logic, automations, and solution components.
• Test workflows and troubleshoot configuration, data, integrations, or operational issues.
• Own enterprise opportunities through customer decision and commercial close.
