Job summary

Whirl AI, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Customer Engineering professional to drive enterprise deals and align technology with business value.

You will lead technical discovery, design solutions, and deliver tailored demos that connect customer needs to Whirl’s agentic AI platform. You will also oversee POC delivery, rollout enablement, and ongoing account growth, partnering with Sales to secure renewals and expand usage across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or similar role.
• Strong grasp of enterprise systems, integrations, and data to communicate with architects and engineers.
• Proven ability to translate complex technology into clear business value for CXOs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership on complex enterprise deals and handle technical objections.
• Build and deliver demos aligned with customer scenarios and define POC scope with customers.
• Lead technical discovery, map customer systems to Whirl use cases, and define success criteria.
