Qualifications

• Over 10 years of software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Java.
• At least 10 years translating business needs into technical designs in large organizations.
• Experience integrating APIs and building distributed, production systems.
• 2+ years with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, data platforms).
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations into real environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with business value.
• Own solutions from concept → prototype → production → iteration, with accountability for quality, reliability, and outcomes.
