Job summary

Accenture seeks a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to translate ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI workflows, integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other platforms.

You will own solutions from concept to production with a builder’s mindset, providing technical leadership and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering with Python, TypeScript/JS, Java.
• 2+ years with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
• Experience integrating APIs and building distributed, production systems.
• 5+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large orgs.
• 5+ years enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms).
• 5+ years client-facing communication and workshops/delivery sessions.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems with clients and shape AI use cases.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automations.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture: prompt design, API integrations, knowledge integration, governance.
• Lead technical teams with best practices for responsible, secure AI deployment.
