Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work hands-on with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, and ServiceNow, translating ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI workflows and integrations.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to shape use cases, drive architecture, and deliver measurable business impact while maintaining security and governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience with API integration and distributed, production systems.
• 2+ years with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• 5+ years translating high-level business needs into concrete technical designs in large enterprises.
• 5+ years enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms, etc.).
• 5+ years of client-facing communication and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (or 12 years of work experience).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions from evolving requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs and AI services with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations into real environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture: prompts/workflows, API integrations, enterprise knowledge, and governance.
• Own solutions from concept to production and iteration with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership for secure, responsible, scalable AI deployment.
