Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience with Python, TS/JS, Java.
• 2+ years experience with AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years translating business needs into concrete technical designs in large orgs.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand business problems and shape AI use cases.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and copilots into production environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture: prompts, workflow design, API integrations, data integration, governance.
• Own solutions from concept → prototype → production → iteration with accountability for outcomes.
