Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to translate ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI workflows across platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, and ServiceNow.

The role demands deep engineering skills, excellent communication, and comfort with ambiguity, with travel ranging from 25% to 75% depending on client

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java.
• Minimum 2 years experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Experience translating business needs into technical designs for enterprise systems.
• Extensive client-facing communication and delivery leadership in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business problems and shape AI use cases.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automations into production environments.
• Lead technical discussions and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business value.
• Own solutions from concept to production and iteration with accountability for outcomes.
