Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience with APIs integration and distributed systems.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
• 5+ years translating high-level business needs into concrete designs and implementations in large enterprise environments.
• 5+ years enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms).
• 5+ years of client-facing communication and collaboration in delivery contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (or minimum 12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs and AI services with enterprise platforms.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations into production environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture: prompt/workflow design, API integrations, and enterprise knowledge integration.
• Provide technical leadership for responsible, secure, and scalable AI deployment.
