Accenture seeks a Senior Forward-Deployed AI Engineer Sr Manager to translate ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI workflows. You will work directly with clients, partners, and internal teams to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

The role emphasizes strong engineering depth, communication, and governance, with travel 25%–75% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

10+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java)
2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
Experience with workflow orchestration and agent frameworks
Experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP) and data platforms
10+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large organizations
10+ years of client-facing communication and delivery in ambiguity
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (12 years work exp) or Associate’s with 6+ years

Responsibilities

Understand business problems with clients and shape AI use cases
Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms
Prototype and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations
Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders
Own solution architecture: prompts, APIs, governance, and security
Provide technical leadership for responsible, secure AI deployment
