Job summary

Elios, Inc. is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to design and ship agentic AI applications for enterprise functions. You will embed with process owners, delivering production-grade solutions rapidly on Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI services for a large global business.

You will work as the technical lead in a small pod, driving from problem to prototype to production in weeks, with a focus on security, reliability, and governance across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building agentic AI systems in production.
• Strong state management, concurrency, and authorization for multi-user systems.
• Hands-on integration with enterprise APIs and data platforms.
• Experience with Azure or major cloud platforms for end-to-end apps.
• Rapid prototyping and ability to justify architectural choices to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and harden agentic AI applications integrated with enterprise systems.
• Embed as technical lead of a small pod within a business function.
• Run short iteration cycles (1–2 weeks) from problem to prototype to production.
• Own security, reliability, scalability, observability, and governance of writes.
• Choose between low-code/agent-builder vs custom code per problem.
• Ensure data is AI-ready in Fabric with lineage and access controls.
• Document reusable patterns, components, and guardrails for the team.
• Adapt quickly to new domains and push back on unsuitable requirements.
