Job summary

INTech is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to translate complex business problems into enterprise AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will identify high-value use cases, shape the solution, build it, and help deploy it into production.

You will work across data, analytics, cloud, and AI, leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and related platforms to deliver AI-powered outcomes and reporting. This role emphasizes hands-on delivery and client-facing leadership.

Qualifications

Hands-on AI experience and agentic AI guidance.
Ability to independently build and productionize AI solutions.
Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
Strong technical problem-solving with business context.
Experience in consulting or client-facing enterprise settings.
Comfort with ill-defined problems and discovery workshops.
Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Engage enterprise stakeholders to uncover AI use cases and requirements.
Design, build, and productionize AI and agentic AI solutions from discovery to deployment.
Develop AI-powered reporting, natural-language data experiences, and intelligent agents.
Develop within Microsoft Fabric and the broader data/AI ecosystem or comparable platforms.
Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand workflows and objectives.
Turn ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
Own the development of AI solutions while partnering with data engineering and platform teams.
Validate solutions with users and refine them based on outcomes.
