Job summary

Bestinfo Systems LLC seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer with 10+ years of professional experience across full-stack engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise technology delivery. You will work directly with CXOs to define value, build rapid Proofs of Value, and translate solutions into MVPs and scalable deployments.

This hands-on role emphasizes executive presence, architecture discipline, and rapid delivery of GenAI/agentic solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, or related technical disciplines.
• Significant client-facing enterprise delivery experience.
• Ability to build rapidly under ambiguity while maintaining strong architectural and engineering standards.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, agent orchestration, memory patterns, embeddings, knowledge retrieval, and retrieval evaluation.
• Experience with offline and online evaluations, regression testing, and AI safety testing.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in APIs, enterprise integrations, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one of: TypeScript, Java, or Go.
• Cloud-native experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP; containers, CI/CD, and observability.
• Exceptional communication skills for CXO-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders.
• Translate business challenges into an outcome thesis, KPI framework, and operating constraints.
• Identify high-value opportunities for rapid Proofs of Value.
• Define what should be automated versus human-in-the-loop.
• Communicate tradeoffs to executives with data-driven rationale.
• Design and build rapid PoVs demonstrating business value and feasibility.
• Develop agentic workflows with tools, APIs, and enterprise apps.
• Provide delivery teams with production-ready implementation plans and ensure PoV-to-MVP transitions.
