Job summary

FullStack is looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, turning AI concepts into production-ready systems. You will act as consultant, operator, and engineer, shaping the solution, evaluating data, and delivering end-to-end AI capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 8-10+ years in ML, data, and software, with leadership experience and a track record building scalable AI/ML pipelines, retrieval architectures, and CI/CD for AI.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Production-grade Python and familiarity with TS/Node, .NET/C#, or Java.
• Experience as ML/Data Architect or principal engineer.
• Experience owning CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps/MLOps).
• Ability to architect end-to-end AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Discover with stakeholders and assess data readiness honestly.
• Structure process specs for automated business processes.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture.
• Build systems: agents, retrieval services, eval tooling, data flows.
• Operate CI/CD for AI: prompt/versioning, eval suites, gate releases.
• Lead client discussions with CTOs/VPs and defend decisions.
• Deliver value in weeks, not slides.
