Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams and translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions. You will architect, build, and operate agentic systems with a focus on data, retrieval, and model behavior.

You will balance discovery conversations with hands-on delivery, working across security, governance, and client needs in a fully remote setting. You should have 8-10+ years in ML/data/software engineering, strong Python skills, and experience with

Qualifications

8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
Python-first, production-grade (typed, tested, deployed services); proficiency in TypeScript/Node, .NET/C#, or Java is a plus.
Experience designing and owning CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps/MLOps).

Responsibilities

Discover and workshop business problems with stakeholders.
Structure processes and specs for automation of business workflows.
Architect end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval.
Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, data flows.
Operate delivery: CI/CD, versioning, and monitoring in production.
Consult with CTOs and senior leadership; defend decisions and scope.
