Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for Key Accounts to own the technical roadmap of high-value global customers. You will stay with accounts, landing high-impact AI use cases and expanding adoption across their core workflows, while collaborating with Account Management, Product, and Engineering.

This role blends Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and product ownership, requiring fluency with APIs, low-code tools, and enterprise stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or integration-focused professional services.
• Ability to own a long-term customer relationship as the technical authority with autonomy in front of senior stakeholders.
• Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, REST, GraphQL) for designing and troubleshooting integrations.
• Hands-on experience with low-code orchestrations tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato) and CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proven experience running account-based motions in partnership with sales / account management on strategic or enterprise customers.
• Understanding of AI workflow configuration, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own a sustained embedded relationship with each account, acting as the technical authority on agentic AI.
• Land initial high-impact use cases fast, then expand footprint use case by use case across the account.
• Lead discovery, design sessions, and define solution architectures with customer stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize the AI Agent, tailoring intents, prompts, actions, and metrics for each workflow.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility, remove blockers, and feed learnings into the product.
• Drive cross-functional deployments with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Success to deliver scalable outcomes.
• Mentor FDEs, run internal workshops, and contribute to GTM adoption and enablement within Key Accounts.
