Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for Key Accounts in New York. You will be the embedded technical owner for strategic global customers, driving agentic AI adoption across their workflows.

The role blends Solutions Engineering, Consulting, and Product Ownership within a high-autonomy environment. You will land high-value use cases, expand them across accounts, and work closely with KAMs to build a scalable AI-enabled platform for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

6+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused services.
Ability to own long-term customer relationships as the technical authority.
Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON/REST/GraphQL).
Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools and CRM automation.
Proven experience running account-based motions with sales teams.
Understanding of AI workflow configuration, evaluation and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Own a sustained embedded relationship with key accounts as the technical authority.
Partner with KAM on joint account plans and expansion use cases.
Land initial use cases fast, then expand footprint case-by-case.
Lead discovery sessions and map business processes for automation.
Design, build, and deploy integrations using low-code platforms.
Maintain awareness of AI and CX trends; feed learnings back to product.
Collaborate with engineering to validate feasibility and unblock deployments.
Shape AI Agent roadmap with product and field learnings.
