Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Forward‑Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of low‑code AI solutions for customers. You will design, implement, and operationalize workflows connecting the AI Agent with CRMs and support tools, while driving cross‑functional initiatives and reusable architectures.

You will translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions, work with Product and Engineering to refine Aircall’s platform, and accelerate AI adoption across SMB customers, with a hybrid,

Qualifications

Experience delivering AI-enabled integrations and automation for enterprise or SMB customers.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership abilities.
Solid understanding of API-first architectures and data interchange.

Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery and design sessions to map processes and define solution architecture.
Design, build, and deploy integrations with low-code platforms and CRM automation tools.
Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and share field learnings.
Configure the AI Agent, define intents, prompts and performance metrics.
Manage complex cross-functional deployments with timelines and accountability.
Create scalable models and reusable frameworks for future projects.
Drive enablement and training to raise the technical bar across the team.
Run outbound campaigns to generate pipeline and accelerate adoption.
Collaborate with GTM leadership to drive product pipeline and forecasting.
Own regional top-line targets by collaborating with AEs/AMs.
Act as internal product owner within GTM to shape MRR strategies.
Work with Product/PMM to shape AI Voice Agent roadmap.
