Job summary

Avathon, Inc is seeking an Engagement Director to lead senior client delivery and drive strategic outcomes for complex, high-value engagements. You will own executive sponsorship, shape expansion opportunities, and ensure profitable delivery across multiple accounts.

You will partner with Sales and Account Management to structure engagements, manage risk, and deliver measurable business value while mentoring a growing team of PMs and delivery leads in a fast-paced AI-driven industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for senior engagement leadership.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• U.S. government security clearance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage executive relationships at VP/SVP/C-suite levels across strategic accounts.
• Oversee multiple engagements with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• Own engagement P&L, revenue forecasting, and profitability within the delivery motion.
• Drive renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build and lead a high-performing delivery team and establish governance standards.
