Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a strategic Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the implementation of Agentforce analytics across Tableau Next, Cloud, and Server. You will bridge product and customer success by architecting and deploying first-use cases and metrics on top of Salesforce Data360.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer data teams to ensure scalable pipelines, robust semantic models, and rapid time-to-value for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, analytics implementation, or software development with client-facing delivery.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience in data lakehouse concepts.
• Practical experience with AI/NLP frameworks and building conversational analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy bespoke conversational analytics agents with a focus on accuracy and latency.
• Design semantic data models within Salesforce Data360 for reliable data interpretation and visualization.
• Prototype and iterate solutions during deployment to meet customer business questions from Zero to One.
