Job summary

HOPE Program is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead clinical operations in our substance abuse and sex offender treatment program. The CC provides clinical oversight, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports the Clinical Director in daily operations across clinic sites.

The role requires advanced clinical expertise with sex offender populations, trauma-informed care, and the ability to supervise licensed and trainee staff while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Licensed in California with BBS (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or Board of Psychology (Ph.D/PsyD).
• Minimum 8 years clinical experience, including 5 years forensic/sex offender treatment.
• Minimum 6 years admin/management experience in clinical settings.
• Experience providing board-level supervision and CASOMB supervision (or eligible).
• Strong CBT, ethical trauma-informed care, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical service delivery for forensic populations.
• Maintain active clinical and supervision caseloads per guidelines (60%).
• Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, screenings, and evaluations.
• Facilitate training to strengthen forensic clinical skills and ensure compliance.
• Ensure 100% contract deliverables and clinic metrics.
