Job summary

HOPE Program seeks a Clinical Coordinator (Ph.D, Psy.D, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to lead clinical operations in our California forensic program. The CC provides clinical oversight, supports the Clinical Director, ensures regulatory compliance, and guides high-performing clinical teams across multiple clinic sites.

Travel to sites may be required. The role requires advanced clinical expertise with sex offender and justice-involved populations, trauma-informed care, and strong stakeholder engagement to

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree required; CA licensure in relevant field.
• 8+ years of clinical experience, including 5 years in forensic or sex offender-specific treatment.
• 6+ years administrative/management experience in clinical settings.
• Experience providing board-level supervision and CASOMB supervision (or eligible).
• Proficient in CBT and RNR principles; able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical service delivery for forensic populations.
• Maintain active clinical/supervision caseloads per guidelines (50% clinical focus).
• Conduct assessments, intakes, screenings, evaluations, etc.
• Facilitate clinical training and CASOMB-specific trainings.
• Monitor DCC levels and develop corrective action plans when needed.
