Job summary

HOPE Program seeks a Clinical Coordinator (Ph.D, Psy.D, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to lead clinical services in our forensic mental health program. The CC provides leadership, clinical oversight, and supports operations across clinics, ensuring ethical, trauma-informed care and contract compliance.

This role includes CASOMB supervision and staff mentorship. Ideal candidates will have solid forensic psychology/behavioral health expertise, strong collaboration skills, and ability to travel between sites to

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Licensed in California with BBS or Board of Psychology where applicable.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience, including 5 years in forensic or sex offender-specific treatment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical service delivery for forensic populations, including caseload management and staff assignments.
• Maintain active clinical and supervision caseloads per guidelines (50% clinical focus).
• Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, screenings, and evaluations.
• Facilitate training to strengthen forensic clinical skills and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor Direct Clinical Contact levels to ensure front-line clinicians meet expectations.
