Job summary

HOPE Program seeks a Clinical Coordinator (Ph.D, Psy.D, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to lead clinical operations in a forensic mental health program in California. The CC provides clinical oversight, guides teams, and ensures regulatory compliance with CASOMB, BBS/BOP, and contract obligations.

The role includes direct clinical care, staff supervision, and stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates bring extensive CBT experience, willingness to travel among clinics, and a proven track record in

Qualifications

Doctoral or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
Licensed in California with BBS/BOP or Psychology board.
Minimum 8 years of clinical experience including forensic or sex offender treatment.
Minimum 6 years of administrative or management experience in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical service delivery including caseload management and staff assignments.
Maintain active clinical and supervision caseloads per guidelines (50% clinical).
Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, screenings, and evaluations.
Facilitate trainings to strengthen forensic clinical skills and staff development.
Ensure 100% contractual compliance and clinic metrics.
