Job summary

HOPE Program seeks a qualified Clinical Coordinator (Ph.D, Psy.D, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to lead clinical operations in our substance abuse and sex offender treatment program in California. The CC provides leadership, clinical oversight, and assists in operational management of a community forensic mental health clinic(s).

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Licensed in California with BBS (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or Board of Psychology (Ph.D/PsyD).
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience, including 5 years in forensic or sex offender-specific treatment.
• Minimum 6 years of administrative or management experience in clinical settings.
• Experience providing board-level supervision and CASOMB supervision (or eligible).
• Proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Sex offender-specific curriculum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical service delivery for forensic populations.
• Maintain active clinical and supervision caseloads per BBS/BOP/CASOMB guidelines (50% clinical focus).
• Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, screenings, evaluations, etc.
• Facilitate team meetings and CASOMB training to strengthen forensic clinical skills.
• Monitor Direct Clinical Contact (DCC) levels and develop corrective action plans as needed.
