Job summary

BSI Financial Services seeks an AVP/Manager to lead Foreclosure and Claims operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and maximizing investor recoveries across the foreclosure lifecycle. This role serves as the subject matter expert in foreclosure and claims, partnering with internal teams, investors, attorneys, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in foreclosure operations and mortgage claims, with broader default servicing experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage default servicing experience.
• Deep expertise in Foreclosure and Claims.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and investor foreclosure and claims requirements.
• Experience managing foreclosure attorneys and third-party vendors.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with MSP/Black Knight or similar mortgage servicing platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end foreclosure operations from referral through post-sale.
• Ensure compliance with investor, agency, state, and federal foreclosure requirements.
• Oversee foreclosure attorneys and vendor partners, ensuring service level adherence and quality execution.
• Monitor foreclosure timelines, milestone performance, and exception management.
• Drive process improvements to reduce cycle times and operational risk.
