The Servion Group in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Foreclosure and Post-Sale Administrator to support liquidation operations. You will coordinate invoice processing, payoff quotes, and liaison work with attorneys and preservation vendors, while ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and reporting requirements.

Success requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and clear communication with borrowers, clients, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential Foreclosure/Post-Sale and Loss Mitigation.
• NMLS preferred.
• Proficiency with mortgage loan software (LoanServ and Tempo).

Responsibilities

• Pay invoices and process payments promptly.
• Submit 1st and 2nd foreclosure referrals to ServiceLink.
• Obtain payoff quotes and provide reinstatement quotes.
• Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and borrowers throughout the process.
• Maintain thorough documentation in servicing system.
• Communicate with stakeholders and meet performance metrics.
