Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned professional to lead Foreclosure Operations within Default Mortgage Servicing. You will oversee bidding, sales reporting, and offshore liaison activities, ensuring compliant, timely execution across investor types.

The role requires 5–6 years in business with 1–2 years in people leadership, and strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and servicing platforms. You will coach a team, drive improvements, and partner across functions to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6 years of business experience with 1–2 years in leadership.
• 1–2 years of people leadership with coaching ability.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, default/foreclosure operations, bid admin, or reporting.
• Foundational knowledge of investor, agency, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and servicing platforms (MSP/Black Knight, ICE).
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and share insights with leaders.
• Experience driving process improvements, automation, or workflow enhancements.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, vendors, and offshore partners.

Responsibilities

• Support Foreclosure Operations within Default Mortgage Servicing.
• Lead functions across bidding, sales reporting, and offshore liaison coordination.
• Oversee bid development and sale execution for investor types.
• Ensure compliance with state, investor, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor timelines and operational risk.
• Deliver accurate reporting and performance insights.
• Partner with internal teams, attorneys, vendors, Risk, and Compliance to resolve issues and strengthen controls.
• Lead a team responsible for bids, sales support, reporting, and offshore relationship management.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable reporting with Excel, Power BI, MSP/Black Knight, or similar systems.
