Job summary

Capita Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) is hiring a Senior Forecasting and Performance Analyst to lead forecasting, capacity planning and performance analysis for the HAAS contract. This home-based role provides data-led insights to optimise staffing and resource utilisation across the contract.

We seek 2–5 years in forecasting/workforce planning, strong Excel and experience with SLAs/KPIs. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in forecasting or workforce planning within an operational environment.
• Strong Excel skills for analysing large datasets.
• Experience with SLAs, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
• Familiarity with WFM tools or similar planning functions.

Responsibilities

• Produce short, medium and long-term workforce plans to support demand and resource requirements.
• Analyse performance, demand and capacity data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Investigate forecast variances and identify root causes to improve planning accuracy.
• Support impact modelling and scenario planning for changes in operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Projects to align plans with priorities.
