• Proficient in MS Office and Excel for analysis.
• Direct replenishment experience in a highly seasonal environment.
• Experience analyzing large data sets from multiple sources.
• 3+ years in sales analysis or merchandise planning.

Responsibilities

• Own store in-stock metrics and optimize fill rate.
• Manage direct import shipments from Asia with customer service.
• Drive weekly shipping plans by item and channel.
• Collaborate with sales, analysts and buying teams for in-season execution.
• Provide PO recommendations for domestic and import orders.
• Coordinate with customer service and supply planning to maximize PO fill.
• Lead CPFR forecasting meetings with Walmart.
• Present findings and support action plans.
• Attend internal consensus meetings to share retail execution.
• Produce reports to support sales and other business needs.
