Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, Inventory Planning, or related function.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience managing product portfolios across multiple SKUs and channels.
• Proven ability to balance customer service with inventory & financial goals.
• Experience collaborating with global manufacturing partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply and replenishment planning for assigned American Girl brands and product portfolios.
• Balance inventory across regional distribution centers and multiple channels.
• Develop SKU-level replenishment plans to optimize product availability.
• Consolidate, analyze, and communicate supply requirements for portfolios.
• Oversee replenishment of retail materials, service parts, and expedited inventory.
• Partner with Product Development, Marketing, Retail Ops, Finance, Manufacturing, and Global Supply Planning.
• Prioritize production with Asia-based teams and resolve supply constraints.
• Identify supply risks and implement proactive mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and practices.
• Coach and develop a Coordinator/Senior Coordinator on the team.
