Job summary

Mattel in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Sales & Planning Analysis Senior Analyst to lead day-to-day replenishment and execution with the internal team and Walmart. You will own store in-stock metrics, optimize orders, and ensure on-shelf availability through close collaboration with supply planning, customer service and the retailer.

You will analyze data from multiple sources, drive weekly shipping plans, support CPFR forecasting, and present actionable insights to improve seasonal performance

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills required.
• Direct replenishment planning experience in a seasonal environment.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and compiling actionable reports.
• Minimum 3+ years in sales analysis or merchandise buying/planning.

Responsibilities

• Own store in-stock metrics and optimize fill rate.
• Execute Direct Import shipments from Asia with Customer Service.
• Drive weekly shipping plans by item and channel.
• Collaborate with sales and retail teams on in-season forecasting.
• Provide PO recommendations for domestic and import orders.
• Coordinate with CS and supply planning to maximize PO fill rates.
• Lead CPFR forecasting meetings with Walmart.
• Present business findings and action plans monthly.
• Support cross-functional S&OP meetings with data insights.
• Generate reports to support sales and customer needs.
