Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics and 8+ years of analytics or forecasting experience, or an advanced degree with 6+ years.
• Experience with plasma-derived therapies is an asset.
• Strong understanding of quantitative principles and secondary market data.
• Extensive knowledge of forecasting principles and pharma industry dynamics.
• Advanced Excel modeling and proficiency with Office/Access.
• Ability to manage internal/external resources and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts for assigned therapeutic areas for monthly and annual planning.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to align forecast inputs and assumptions.
• Advise teams on market dynamics, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive level presentations turning analytics into insights.
• Improve forecasting processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Engage external vendors when outsourcing is appropriate.
