Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare settings.
• Significant forecasting experience supporting commercial pharmaceutical products.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Executive presence with ability to present to senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data sources and forecasting methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting for the Global Oncology portfolio including inline brands, launches, lifecycle management.
• Set forecasting approach for annual plans, long-range forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Assess portfolio opportunities, risks, lifecycle management initiatives, and business development evaluations.
• Translate forecast outputs into enterprise recommendations for launch readiness and investment decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing forecasting organization.
