Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in forecasting, market research, or analytics in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in oncology and running complex forecasting models.
• Ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment and lead consensus-building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global and US strategic forecasts for key pipeline assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Access, Medical and I&A teams to incorporate market insights into forecasts.
• Lead the consensus-building process to align forecast assumptions.
• Leverage advanced analytics and multi-source data to enhance market impact understanding.
• Implement best-in-class forecast modeling approaches and evaluate forecasting processes for improvement.
• Triangulate and stress-test assumptions with data sources and models; develop what-if scenarios.
• Provide forecasting leadership to cross-functional partners to plan commercial impacts.
