Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology forecasting experience.
• Experience in specialty, oncology, or other complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience supporting product launch forecasting.
• Experience using IQVIA, Symphony, MMIT, or similar industry data sources.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or R.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee forecasting models for Demand and Revenue.
• Develop robust forecasting assumptions related to market dynamics and pricing.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor performance, and payer trends.
• Drive forecasting innovation through advanced analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts.
• Present insights to senior executives and cross-functional leadership.
