Job summary

Takeda is looking for an Associate Director Launch/Pre Launch Forecasting Lead in Boston, MA, responsible for driving the forecast strategy for key oncology assets. This role works closely with various stakeholders to deliver both short and long-range forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in forecasting within the biopharmaceutical industry, with a strong emphasis on oncology.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic forecasts and collaborating with marketing and medical teams while leveraging advanced analytics and data integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in forecasting, finance, or business analytics in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in oncology is required.
• Hands-on experience with complex forecasting models is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global and US strategic forecasts for key oncology assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Medical teams to ensure relevant market insights are incorporated into the forecast.
• Lead the consensus-building process to gain alignment for forecast assumptions.
