Job summary

Aptive Environmental seeks a Forecasting Analyst III to design and evolve enterprise demand forecasting strategies, systems, and frameworks across all volume channels. This role operates at a strategic level, advising leadership and aligning demand forecasting with financial planning, operational strategy, and long-term growth.

Based in Provo, Utah, or remote, this full-time opportunity offers a salary range of $55k-$75k plus a 5% annual bonus, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, paid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6-8+ years of forecasting, workforce strategy, operations strategy, or advanced analytics.
• Proven experience designing forecasting models, frameworks, or large-scale planning strategies.
• Deep experience across multi-channel demand ecosystems (call center, digital, field, sales-driven demand).
• Advanced experience with forecasting technologies, BI platforms, and data infrastructure.
• Strong experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for advanced modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve enterprise forecasting frameworks across all demand channels.
• Lead development of advanced forecasting methodologies and scenario modeling.
• Align forecasting with budgeting, planning, and revenue expectations.
• Lead design and optimization of forecasting tools, systems, and data pipelines.
• Partner with BI and Technology teams to enhance forecasting capabilities.
• Define and track KPIs like accuracy, bias, and forecast reliability.
