Job summary

TriSearch is seeking a Food Service Sales Executive/Business Development Director to drive growth in HoReCa and distributor channels on the U.S. East Coast.

The role requires an established network with major distributors, and the ability to onboard new accounts rapidly through strategic partnerships and direct sales efforts. The position involves hybrid/remote work with frequent travel to distributors and operator accounts, covering Sysco, US Foods, PFG, GFS, and Jetro.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in foodservice/HoReCa/distributors.
• Existing relationships with major distributors (Sysco/US Foods/PFG/GFS/Jetro).
• Ability to open doors, close deals quickly and independently.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts with foodservice distributors (Sysco/US Foods/PFG/GFS/Jetro).
• Present products to culinary and procurement teams.
• Lead the sales cycle: samples → pricing → menu test → contract → volume growth.
• Support operator activation, tastings, culinary workshops, and trade shows.
• Drive sell-through with distributor reps & key operators.
• Provide sales forecasts and activity reports to the CEO (U.S.).
