Shifts: Mornings, varying days, including some weekends and holidays. Details will be provided during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Support management in daily operations and oversee service employees engaged in food services such as fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and cafes.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.
• Facilitate employee orientation and training.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction regarding quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attend scheduled shifts punctually and regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
