Who you are:

The Supervisor of Financial Planning and Analysis will coordinate, create, and monitor JHHP’s annual budget, focusing on over $240M of administrative expenses. Will work with Financial Analysts to provide expense analysis, actual vs. budget reporting, and support to the Innovation and Non-JHHP activities through financial modeling and analysis. This role involves financial analysis to assist decision-making, including ROI, staffing models, capital spending, benchmarking, project portfolio support, and cost allocations.

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise and develop professional staff reporting to this position
  • Partner strategically with stakeholders
  • Manage the development and monitoring of insurance administrative budgets and forecasts
  • Report on key variances and budget drivers
  • Provide timely financial reporting and analysis to leadership
  • Monitor JHHP’s capital budget
  • Develop reports on administrative benchmarks and industry comparisons
  • Ensure consistent methodology in expense allocation
  • Support internal and external audits of administrative expenses
  • Assist in developing staffing models for budgeting and forecasting

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum five years in Accounting, Business, or Finance, with at least 2 years in management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in budget management and strategic planning
  • Experience with project management and strategic initiatives
  • Knowledge of contractual law and legal agreements
  • Strong financial and accounting knowledge, proficiency in spreadsheets and databases
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports for senior management

Salary Range: $37.87/hour to $66.28/hour, commensurate with experience and role scope. Salary discussions will occur during candidate screening if ranges are not specified.
