The Supervisor of Financial Planning and Analysis will coordinate, create, and monitor JHHP’s annual budget, focusing on over $240M of administrative expenses. Will work with Financial Analysts to provide expense analysis, actual vs. budget reporting, and support to the Innovation and Non-JHHP activities through financial modeling and analysis. This role involves financial analysis to assist decision-making, including ROI, staffing models, capital spending, benchmarking, project portfolio support, and cost allocations.

Salary Range: $37.87/hour to $66.28/hour, commensurate with experience and role scope. Salary discussions will occur during candidate screening if ranges are not specified.
