Levy Restaurants is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account in Chicago. You will manage and lead a team, coordinate client relations, and ensure high-quality food offerings.

The role emphasizes value, service excellence, and cross-department collaboration. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of fine dining management, strong communication skills, and knowledge of food & wine pairings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred.
• Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required.
• Comprehensive food and wine knowledge. Applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairings.
• Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products.
• ServSafe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operation of the corporate cafeteria within the approved budget, delivering maximum value to the client.
• Lead and manage a team of associates and ensure food quality meets standards.
• Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and the client and collaborate with other departments.
