Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct the Culinary and Nutritional Services Department.
• Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure meals meet planned menus and recipes.
• Manage stock levels through purchasing and inventory processes.
• Ensure residents' nutritional needs are met and safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate services with Nursing, Maintenance, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Plan and execute catering needs and special events.
• Maintain quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
