Job summary

Archway Management seeks a Food Service Director to lead the Culinary and Nutritional Services Department in a senior living setting. You will plan, develop, and direct all activities to ensure high-quality meals, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.

You will supervise staff, manage inventories, coordinate with Nursing and other departments, and oversee catering for events while maintaining service excellence and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs the Culinary and Nutritional Services Department.

• Ensures residents' nutritional needs are met and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinates with Nursing, Maintenance, and Housekeeping; handles catering needs.
• Maintains quality assurance and safety standards; develops corrective plans.
• Manages budget and records; uses menu planning software.
