IRCA Group in Missouri is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support a food manufacturing environment. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades across line and utility systems.

The role requires a strong mechanical and electrical background, HS diploma, and 10 years of full-time maintenance experience; a two-year technical degree is preferred. Candidates should be capable of documenting findings and supporting HACCP procedures.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ten years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or related field.
• Two-year technical degree in a maintenance related field preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience beneficial.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and document results.
• Repair malfunctioning equipment using final task methodology.
• Plan projects, upgrade equipment, and install new systems.
• Assist line and machine operators as needed.
• Provide essential documentation and root-cause analysis support.
• Affirm maintenance role in HACCP procedures with other departments.
