Job summary

You will diagnose issues, identify root causes, perform repairs, and assist with facility maintenance such as carpentry and plumbing, while adhering to GMPs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with heavy industrial equipment repairs is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, pneumatics, hydraulics, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to support equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform scheduled maintenance during production downtime to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose equipment issues, determine root causes, and implement repairs or part replacements.
• Minimize downtime through proactive and responsive maintenance.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete tasks accurately.
• Assist with general facility maintenance including carpentry and plumbing.
