Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Little Beach House Malibu. You will lead service quality, oversee daily operations, staffing, and staff development while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, onboarding, menu design, vendor relations and compliance with safety standards. Competitive compensation and a wide range of benefits are offered through Soho House.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Detail oriented, process driven and able to problem solve in high-volume environments.
• POS systems, OpenTable, Opera or other hospitality tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Influential leader who proactively manages operations with the General Manager to ensure service, staffing and member/guest experience exceeds expectations.
• Drive guest service standards and oversee F&B staff scheduling, hiring and training.
• Design, train and implement exceptional menus, purchase goods and optimize processes.
• Identify customer needs and develop action plans to enhance experience and mitigate risk.
• Support recruitment to attract, retain and develop high-performing staff.
• Set targets, KPI’s, schedules, and procedures; promote transparent communication and teamwork.
• Ensure allergy procedures are followed and maintain a safe work environment.
• Prepare weekly/daily shift recaps covering service, staffing, sales and profits.
